Exchange Policy

I am a one person studio and will work with you to make sure you are happy with your bag.

Since each bag is made to order I will need to pre-approve exchanges. Most sales are final.

If you wish to exchange the bag please contact me within 3 days of receipt and we can work out the details.

The bag must be returned unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping fees.
